The list of folks who have been awarded vExpert status for 2016 has been announced and I’m pleased to say I have been included.

It is quite an honour to be recognised for 

my contribution to the VMware community, and I’m proud to share space with a number of outstanding and talented people who were also acknowledged.

I’d like thank Niels Hagoort for putting me forward for the award, and Alan Renouf for his help with my PowerCLI scripting. Working with these two has been quite a privilege.

Unfortunately the work doesn’t stop here. Whilst I consider myself a frequent blogger and will continue to write technical articles, I recognise I could play a bigger role in the VMware Technology Network forums. Whilst not specifically an item on my list of 2016 goals, it is something I will strive for.
